Oral Care Guide

Clean. Confident. A little unapologetic.

Your everyday oral-care routine doesn’t need to be complicated. This guide explains what each Pink Pulse essential is designed for, how to use it, and a few things to keep in mind.

Choose your everyday essential

Pink Pulse Sonic Toothbrush

Designed for: everyday brushing with a little more choice and structure.

  • Five cleaning modes so you can choose a setting that feels comfortable.
  • A two-minute timer with 30-second interval reminders to help you keep track of brushing time.
  • Four brush heads included, plus a rechargeable design.

How to use: Apply toothpaste and select your preferred mode. Brush gently for two minutes, moving systematically around all tooth surfaces and along the gumline. Avoid scrubbing hard. Rinse the brush head after use and replace it when the bristles become worn. Follow the product’s supplied charging and care instructions.

Pink Pulse Whitening Strips

Designed for: helping reduce the appearance of surface staining for a brighter-looking smile.

  • Seven pairs in a convenient strip format.
  • A simple at-home step that can fit into a routine when used as directed.

How to use: Read and follow the instructions supplied with your pack, including application method and wear time. Do not leave strips on longer or use them more often than directed. Stop use if you develop significant sensitivity or irritation.

Good to know: Whitening products are not suitable for everyone and may cause sensitivity or gum irritation. If you have dental problems, untreated cavities, gum irritation, restorations on front teeth, or are unsure whether whitening is appropriate for you, ask a dental professional first. If pregnant or breastfeeding, seek professional advice before use. Do not rely on a product description as a substitute for the pack instructions or dental advice.

Pink Pulse Water Flosser

Designed for: adding a water stream to your between-teeth cleaning routine.

  • Five pressure settings to help you choose a comfortable intensity.
  • A 350 mL tank and cordless design for convenient use at home or while travelling.
  • Multiple nozzle heads as supplied with the product.

How to use: Fill the tank with clean water and attach the nozzle according to the product instructions. Lean over the sink, place the nozzle in your mouth before switching it on, and start with a low, comfortable pressure. Guide the stream along the gumline and between teeth; do not aim forcefully at irritated areas. Turn the device off before removing it from your mouth. Empty and rinse the tank after use, and clean and store the device as directed by the manufacturer.

Pink Pulse Copper Tongue Scraper

Designed for: gently cleaning the surface of the tongue as an optional step in your oral-care routine.

  • Curved U-shaped design for a simple forward scraping motion.
  • Reusable copper construction and compact storage.

How to use: Stick out your tongue and place the curved edge gently on the tongue’s surface, as far back as is comfortable. Draw it forward with light pressure, rinse the scraper, and repeat only as needed without scraping aggressively. Rinse the tool thoroughly after use and let it dry. Do not share personal oral-care tools, and stop if your tongue becomes sore or irritated.

Everyday oral-care basics

  • Brush regularly: brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, using a gentle technique.
  • Clean between teeth: use an appropriate interdental method, such as floss or a water flosser, as part of your routine.
  • Be gentle: more pressure does not mean better cleaning. Avoid aggressive brushing or tongue scraping.
  • Keep tools clean: rinse and store oral-care tools as directed, and replace worn brush heads.
  • Remember the basics: oral-care tools support a routine; they do not replace regular dental check-ups or professional advice.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use all four products together?

They can be part of the same broader routine, but you do not need to use every product every time. Brush with fluoride toothpaste and clean between teeth. Use the tongue scraper gently if you wish, and use whitening strips only according to their pack instructions and if they are suitable for you.

Should I use the water flosser before or after brushing?

Choose an order you can follow consistently and use the device as directed. If you have been given a specific routine by your dentist or hygienist, follow their advice.

How often should I use whitening strips?

Follow the frequency and wear time stated on your specific pack. Do not increase the frequency or duration in an attempt to speed up results.

Is tongue scraping meant to hurt?

No. Use light pressure and a comfortable range of motion. Stop if you experience pain, bleeding or ongoing irritation, and seek advice from a dental professional if symptoms persist.

What if I experience sensitivity or irritation?

Stop using the product that appears to be causing the problem. For persistent, severe or recurring symptoms, contact a dental professional. Seek prompt advice for significant pain, swelling or bleeding.

Do these products replace a dental visit?

No. Home oral-care products are for routine care and are not a substitute for professional assessment, preventive care or treatment.

Important: Product specifications and accessories can vary by supplied configuration. Always follow the instructions provided with your product. This guide is general information, not personalised dental advice.
